Directions

From the SouthHead north on the A1(M) to junction 43 and follow the road signs at the roundabout for the A693 towards Consett, Stanley and Beamish MuseumAt the next mini roundabout head straight over staying on the A693, and continue on this road for approximately 6 miles past the next three roundabouts.After the roundabout for Beamish Museum (third one) you will satrt heading up a bank, just before the top of the hill there is a right hand turn, turn right here and haed along Pelaw Avenue, past the Hilltop Pub (on your left) then start heading down the bank passing a school on your right.At the bottom of the bank there is a petrol station, turn left here and the Ball Alley Bed and Breakfast is 20 metres past the petrol station on the right.From the NorthHead South on the A1(M) to junction ... and take the slip road, stay in the right hand lane.At the traffic lights at the end of the sliproad baer right and take the 3rd exit on the A692 towards Consett.When heading up the bank stay in the left hand lane as the road splits at the top of the hill.Continue on the A692 for approximately 3 miles past Emmanuelle School on your right, past the Marquis of Granby pub on your right, you will then enter the village of Sunniside.At the third set of traffic lights in Sunniside turn left on to the A6076 and stay on this road for a further 3 miles.You will pass the Tanfield railway and Causey Arch before entering Stanley. Once you enter Stanley You will see a petrol station in front of you.The Ball Alley Bed and Breakfast is located 20 metres to the right of the petrol station.For those using sat nav our postcode is DH9 0LH
