From the A1(M) Heading North - at junction 62, take the A690 exit to SunderlandDurhamConsett. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A690 into Durham...From the A1(M) Heading South - at junction 62, take the A690 exit to SunderlandDurhamConsett. At the round about, take the 3rd exit onto the A690 into Durham...... Stay on the A690, going straight over 2 roundabouts, as you pass over the bridge, prepare to turn right. At the 3rd round about with the traffic lights, take the 3rd exit onto the A691 towards Framwellgate moor.Stay on the A691, heading towards Consett, taking the 2nd exit at the 4th (Durham county council) , 5th (Durham University Hospital) and 6th roundabout.At the 7th smaller roundabout (Sniperley park and ride) go straight over and prepare to turn right. The first right turn you see is Sniperley Farm. Keep going another 150m and take the next right hand turn. If you see Earls House Hospital on the right you have gone too far and will need to turn around at the next opportunity.Once you have made your right turn, you will need to bare left at the top of the drive and you will have arrived.From Durham Railway Station - Leave the railway station via station approach. At the end of the road take a right onto North Road.At the top of North Road, merge onto the A691, heading towards Consett. Take the 2nd exit at the 1st (Durham county council) , 2nd (Durham University Hospital) and 3rd roundabout.At the 4th smaller roundabout (Sniperley park and ride) go straight over and prepare to turn right. The first right turn you see is Sniperley Farm. Keep going another 150m and take the next right hand turn.
